1Acceptance of terms
By using the AppSpeed platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them — do not use the platform.
2User age
- AppSpeed is intended for users aged 16 and over.
- Users under 16 must have parental permission and supervision before entering personal data.
3Accounts and security
- You are responsible for your account and password.
- You may not share your account with others.
4Pricing and billing
- AppSpeed offers the following paid plans, processed through Stripe: Basic — $59.99 one-time (a single app build with lifetime access), Pro — $79.99/month (unlimited builds), and Unlimited — $99.99/month (everything in Pro plus priority support and advanced features).
- Monthly subscriptions (Pro, Unlimited) renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The Basic plan is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
- Charges are non-refundable for partial billing periods or for completed one-time purchases, except where required by law or in the case of a clear technical error (for example, a duplicate charge).
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5Prohibited use
You may not use AppSpeed to create apps that:
- promote violence, hatred, or discrimination,
- infringe copyright,
- collect data without consent,
- spread malware or false information.
6Intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the code and apps you create.
- AppSpeed reserves the right to use anonymized data to improve AI models.
7Termination of service
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms (for example, by spreading malware).
8Limitation of liability
AppSpeed cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use (or non-use) of your apps. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Serbia (for users in Serbia) or under the laws of the country where the user resides.
